About Us

Darrell Kimbrell and Marko Burgar bring twenty-five years of combined
experience in trial practice, criminal defense and general litigation to
the service of their clients. The firm focuses on these areas exclusively
in order to provide the highest level of representation.

P. Darrell Kimbrell is a graduate of Mercer University Law School and
Wofford College. Darrell focuses his practice on criminal defense and
general litigation. His criminal defense practice includes representing
the accused against all types of felony and misdemeanor allegations.
Darrell also specializes in the representation of businesses and
individuals in all matters before county and municipal agencies,
including the representation of restaurants and bars in securing and
retaining appropriate licenses. Darrell brings with him five years of
experience as a prosecutor in the Atlanta courts, and has been lead
counsel in dozens of trials throughout the state. Darrell is a member of
the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National
Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Marko L. Burgar is a graduate of Emory University Law School and the
University of Notre Dame. Marko concentrates his practice on criminal
defense, general litigation, and representation of builders and
developers. Marko's criminal defense practice includes specializations
in DUI, complex vehicular accidents, and the coordination of a
criminal defense with corresponding civil suits. Marko brings with him
nine years of experience as a prosecutor in the Atlanta courts, and has
been an instructor for DUI matters at the Georgia State Police
Academy. Marko is a member of the National College for DUI Defense,
the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National
Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers
