We provide litigation counsel in all real estate transactional matters, regardless
of size.  Our job is to make sure your contracts appropriately protect your
position, and if a problem arises, we defend your rights and see that you are
made whole in the deal that you contemplated.  

While we do provide a general contract review service to our clients, please
understand that our focus and priority is a litigation-based analysis.  We make
sure that you are protected for all eventualities, no matter how remote.  Should
you need assistance in tax, zoning, leasing, or other non-litigation real estate
matters, we will be pleased to associate the best attorneys available from our
network of colleagues to see that your needs are met.
